Big Rock Township Supervisor

Ken Rojek serves as Supervisor for Big Rock Township. 

The Supervisor is elected to be the chief executive and fiscal officer of the township, and chairs the township board of trustees. The supervisor oversees all general and emergency assistance, two township cemeteries, the Township Hall , and other activities. He is the treasurer of all township funds, including general assistance, cemetery funds, mental health funds, and five road and bridge funds. The supervisor serves as treasurer of the Big Rock Road District, oversees township activities, and manages all budgets and spending for township services.  

Ken was elected as Supervisor in 2017, after previously serving as a Township Trustee from 2014-2017. He serves on the Big Rock 708 Mental Health Board, and is chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Village of Big Rock. He serves on the board of the INC Mental Health Alliance, with Big Rock Township one of the six founding townships in south Kane County.
