Township Assessor

Ralph Harkison serves as the appraiser for Big Rock Township. He is CIAO certified. He previously served as the Sugar Grove Township Assessor.   

In addition, Ralph is a certified general real estate appraiser. His experience includes commercial and industrial non-residential appraisals. He also completes VA and single family residential appraisals which included specialties. Specialty work included expert testimony, relocation, attorneys, tax appeals, and property settlements. He instructed appraisal classes at Waubonsee Community College.
